Recording Problems

How to Record without a Camera

  1. You will need to first accept the permission for Mic and Camera after which you can stop recording.
  2. Then start recording again but this time you can choose only the Mic icon from the options

Video didn’t save

The video may be too big to be stored on your phone, so it’s always better to directly share your video and send it over to your email with Airdrop. You will receive a download link where you can then download the full video file and edit or share as you see fit.

Can not Record

Your device is too old and this option has been disabled. Please buy a new device.

Stuck in Loading Screen
  • Always check the App Store and Google Play Store to have the latest version of Evonite installed
  • Make sure you have the latest version iOS installed
  • Be sure that your time and date is set correctly on the device
Game not Starting

We do try our best to test as many devices as possible as well as OS versions. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to go through all possibilities. That being said here are a few things that you could try.

  • Make sure you have the latest version iOS or Android installed
  • Be sure that your time and date is set correctly on the device
  • Always check the App Store and Google Play Store to have the latest version of Evonite installed
  • Make sure to be logged in to your GameCenter, iCloud or Gmail account
  • Uninstall and Reinstall the application
    • [Be sure to have iCloud setup before you try this to not loose your progress]
Game Crashes

We do try our best by doing intensive testing before release but unfortunately, it’s not possible to test every single possibility.

  • Make sure you have the latest version of iOS or Android installed

Game is Lagging
  • Restart your device.
  • Make sure to have over 20% of battery life when playing.
  • Remove any cases that you may have on your device to keep it cool.
  • Make sure you don’t have a background intensive applications running at the same time such as virus scanners.
  • Make sure you have at least 200mb of free space on your device.
  • How old is your device? Maybe it’s time to buy a new one?
I do not see Evonite on my Store Page
